1. Order Processing vs. Shipping Time
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and pack your order before shipment. This is separate from shipping time.

1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
Shipping Time:
Varies by destination
During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Estimated Delivery Times

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Axrive does not control delivery speed.
3. Shipping Fee
We offer a simple and transparent shipping structure:
• Flat Shipping Fee: $6.90 per order
No hidden charges.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
4. International Shipping Policy
Axrive ships to most countries worldwide.
Please note:
• Customs procedures vary by country
• Import duties and taxes may apply
• Customers are responsible for all customs fees
International shipments are typically handled as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Tracking is provided when available.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive:

6. Delayed Deliveries
Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
If your tracking has not updated for 30 business days, please contact us for assistance.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if processing has not started.
Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photos and your order number
If a package is marked Delivered but cannot be found:
• Contact the carrier first
Axrive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
9. Holiday Season Notice
During peak seasons (November–December):
• Processing and delivery times may be extended
• Delays may occur due to high demand and customs
We recommend placing orders early during holiday periods.
10. Shipping Rate Policy
Shipping rates are fixed at $6.90 per order and do not fluctuate based on carrier pricing.
